Mostly lived and ate them in the southeast US (South Carolina) where there was a store in the mall. Have to have one at every NASCAR racetrack too!

A quibble, but I've never seen a pretzel with space in the middle of the twist that light could get through. (I've never seen a pretzel with such large chunks of salt, either, but there's always a first time.)

Fair enough, I haven't seen light there either, but it helped make the shape clearer to make one that lets light through the middle. I did a variety of ones without that hole and I liked this one better. And there are no chunks of salt; that is just pixelation due to the low resolution.
It could be one of those tiny crunchy pretzels
