I feel like it's not very easy to get one of these to look accurate and detailed. You did a great job in both of these things, sean!

The image itself is easily recognizable if bland. The quality of the puzzle leaves much to be desired. Working right to left, the puzzle literally solves itself. At no point in the entire solve does logic enter the fray. I know most of you don't like to hear this, but nonograms are at their hearts logic puzzles. The image at the end is a reward for doing the brain-work. The image is not, by itself, the purpose of the puzzle. By removing the logical thinking element, this puzzle fails on the most basic grounds.
Imagine opening a jigsaw puzzle, spilling out the pieces and finding that they arrange themselves on the table. I would imagine most would be disappointed in the result, regardless of how pretty the picture is. This puzzle is just barely a step above that scenario. Even beginners will glean nothing from this.
Overall: Hard pass.

I agree. But seans' style is very simple. His puzzles are for the most basic beginners. I loved them at first, when I was new, because they gave me lots of practice. But I've now learned to avoid them.
replyGood picture, bad puzzle. Some things come at the cost of others...
replyWish I could see the contributions to the site from the people being critical of this puzzle. Solved in less than a minute and that brings its own kind of enjoyment. Thanks for the puzzles of all difficulties - they're appreciated.
