I'm not so foolish. I know who would win such a contest--and it wouldn't be me. And I have the bruises to prove it. Of course, there are those who maintain that this is a result of the blood thinners I take; but I know she just waits until I'm asleep and then brings out her baseball bat.

I usually say no when asked if I need one because I am usually asked when he needs one. However, occasionally my behavior does warrant one. That's when my reply is "I do, but you gotta catch me first." I wouldn't lean over that chair when my mother wanted to administer discipline and I ain't gonna start now.
