I know what a Rebus is, I just don't know any Russian..so have no clue...trees sitting on a B

You are close enough to the answer. Add to this that the comma means removing the first (or the last, depends on location) letter, get that the trees are a forest ("лес"), the B is В (V if using transliteration), and read "trees sitting on a B" as "on (a) B trees (are)"... you can do it in Russian. Thus, you get literally "on (на) V (В) orest (ес)". Навес or see the picture

Do you need it? In fact, you can try to translate with google the comments of 1Galina in the russian version of the site. She shows the steps of the solution of every rebus but in verses)) With learning the key tricks of rebuses it may give you an idea about wrozlaw puzzles
