Could it be honey dripping down a honeycomb? These have a rain-like pattern.

The Title is sooooo incorrect!!! Unless I just don't get it! More like Enoki mushrooms!!!

Somewhat difficult ... there's lots I liked about the solving process for this one, but the end result is somewhat underwhelming. I think they're flowers that would (eventually) result in honey, but not sure.
That said, I enjoyed solving it very much: it's the process that counts and not always the picture at the end.

I love this - so delicate. Quite tricky to solve also. More of these please :)

Flowers - for the bees to make honey from.
I thought I was past guessing, but I had to a bit on this one!!!
replyYikes, you made me use up all 3 hints! Diabolically tricky.

Tricky puzzle. Lots of mistakes until I finished it off. I think I get where the title comes from. Could this be honey dripping down a honeycomb?
Needed more than 3 hints. Got them with SAVE, HINT and LOAD. This puzzle is so confusing with all that 1-blocks. I didn't see that 6-block was already finished... So very, very good work! Also the 1-4-blocks are that hard to solve!!! A 4-block hard to solve! Imagine!!! Good work!
replyIsn't that a bee in the upper right corner approaching flowers?
replySo I was zipping along wondering why this puzzle got such a high difficulty rating, and then... well... I did have an easier time on a second attempt -- I only needed 2 hints! Strange picture, indeed, but in my eyes this is all about solving puzzles, and a nice picture with a good title is just the cherry on top. In that regard, I think Ruth's comment just above this one nails it.
replyNo guesses or hints - feeling proud of myself! But I was pretty slow and steady (30 mins!).

It is a honey fungus (type of mushroom). If you'd like to look it up, search for "honey fungus" or "Armillaria".

Would definitely make sense, with O in the picture standing for the first letter of Опята (armillaria mellea, armillaria borealis)

A real challenger of a puzzle, I can see the picture after help from the comments

I thought it was going to be a pine tree, or at least a bonsai. Could it be made for their honey?
Quite difficult though, lots of white space.

This was certainly an entertaining puzzle. I had to use all 3 hints, and it still took me nearly an hour to finish.
replyA little difficult but it flowed pretty smoothly and steadily for me, often puzzles rated at 3 star difficulty stump me for longer than that. Weird.
Had no idea what the picture was until I read the comments, I like it though!

3.5* well deserved. The picture is ambiguous though, but I always prefer difficulty over beauty.
With puzzles that is :)

Good challenge, no hints needed. Interesting image. Thanks
replyThere is one particular part that's very difficult about 40%-50% of the way through. If you'd like a semi-hint, I'll say which row contains the tricky solution in my reply:
