Now I have solved it!
If Luka lives there - I know where he lives! This is Gibson Mill, Hebden Bridge, Yorkshire in England - many of my ancestors worked there!

I was looking at a 17th century house today, the oldest one in my town, and I noticed that it had a bunch of identical windows on one side, kind of like this one.
