No, I think you are right, unless maybe some parts are sticking all the way out and other parts are pulled in. ;-)

The head is too small. There's no tail. The legs are a little too thin. It's tough for me to view some of these, since I'm an artist and can be really clinical.

I'm the same way with those kinds of details, especially when it comes to animals.

Another thing with this one in particular though - is it just me, or does the shell appear concave instead of convex?

Reminds me of the "Rotating Einstein Mask" trick.
