When my eldest was a toddler he had one of these balls - it had a suction pad at the other end that you licked & stuck on to his high chair tray. I thought I would sick it on to my forehead & pretend to be a dalek (Google required).
I left it there too long & had to walk around with a 3" circular bruise for weeks. Loads of men stopped me, laughing, to tell me that they knew what I had done - having beaten me to it!

There must be a correlation between nonogram ability & childish stupidity!
