Nice witch. I didn't get it without reading the title. I think the tassel at the top of the hat threw me.

A Witch usually has a broom. This is more of a Mage

I'm guessing it's not meant to be a shepherd's crook, it's just the top of a broom handle. If you look at stylized witch's brooms online, many have odd twists and curves on the end of the handle.

Also don't think that's a tassel on the hat. The tip of the hat appears to curl around on itself, again in the style of a cartoon witch. I have a Halloween hat that I call my "Nightmare Before Christmas hat," that is a big floppy witch's hat, where the tip curves around in a loop and there's a rubber spider dangling from the tip. It looks a lot like this image. In fact I also have a plush Beanie Boo witch that looks a ton like this image, even down to the hair style.

Lastly; consider how much a person looks like a "winner" taking time to call people on a puzzle comment section losers?

Nice. It didn't pop into view until very near the end, and then it was very clear.

I couldn't decide between a witch with a crook and a shepherdess with an odd hat. Thanks to Femme Appeal for, um, _straightening_ me out about the broomstick.
