I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that others are going to agree with me when I say this was not the easiest small puzzle I have ever done.

This site doesn't permit "what-if" test as the steps to solve the problem when the creators upload nonograms.
By paying careful attention to fundamental nonogram rules including its extensions and consideration of disjunctive syllogisms. (ie if p then q, if q then y, hence if p then y), any nonogram should be solveable.
For this puzzle, the 7th column, containing the "6" hint provides the semi-hidden starting point, when viewed in tandem with the 6th row.
