Japanese crossword «Wash their hands»

Oddly enough, this specifically reminds me of the big round sinks in the wood, metal, etc. shops in school. The were usually operated by a metal bar you pressed down with your foot, so you could easily wash your hands touch-free, regardless of how grody they got.
