I can't decide what "on horse" sounds more like a euphemism for, but I'm leaning towards a party drug or a sexual position involving a carousel - possibly some combination of the two.

For some reason, that term always makes me think of Being For The Benefit Of Mr Kite. "And or course Henry the Horse dances the waltz!" Of course, "horse" was slang for "heroin" during the time The Beatles wrote that, so I think you're absolutely onto something. Which makes me think that "Knight on horse" might be that party drug + carousel sex position you were envisioning? :P
A bit ambitious for the size of grid, but pretty good!
