Yeah, I get the context and it's not a bad representation, but the subject is a little nose-wrinkling. To me, hunting on horseback for small animals (like rabbit or fox) is a bit like hunting for duck with a punt gun. If you're riding an animal that can easily trample several of your prey at once, or a gun that can vaporize 100 birds in a single shot, you're not even pretending that it's about food or sport anymore.
