I guess you could call it an aquarium but I would simply call it a fishbowl.
Don't use these!
They're fish torture devices.
Not only is a bowl too small, the lack of air is hurting the fish. Fish need oxygen too & the surface area to water amount ratio is not large enough to provide exchange of oxygen & results in fish gasping for air, taking mouthfulls of air to get some oxygen. Imagine being so hurting for air that you take water to get the oxygen from it.
Please make sure that any animal living with you has enough room to move around.
