It's a long story... Luka (a recurring presence in yec72's puzzles; loved by most, hated by a few) recently stole three numbers from his neighbor. He's already returned two, and today his conscience has made him bring back the last one, a 5. He's approaching the neighbor's fence with his head hung low; the neighbor is the figure in the upper left.
Thank you for the explanation. I'm rather new here, so I was confused.

I'm trying to figure it out myself. See:

www.nonograms.org/nonograms/i/30845
www.nonograms.org/nonograms/i/30858
www.nonograms.org/nonograms/i/30852 (it appeared before the preceding puzzle, but I think they got published out of order; I think this one is next in the sequence)
www.nonograms.org/nonograms/i/30898 (this page).
There are one or two other puzzles that were published at about the same time, that might or might not be related -- look at www.nonograms.org/search/p/7?author_id=19268 and navigate to the puzzles listed above.
(Our protagonist is seen stealing, and then returning, various digits. I don't know whether these are to be taken literally -- as street address digits from the front of the neighbour's house, which seems unlikely, given the appearance of a zero that hadn't been seen before -- or figuratively, representing something else -- cash? sheep? bottles of vodka?)

<3 The neighbor will forgive. They'll have a beer.
