Usually I love Yvan's puzzles and this one was fun to do, but I just can't figure out the picture, even in the thumbnail. I guess the "Christmas Ball" title is referring to a dance. I can kind of see the man dancing, but his partner is a dark blob. To me, s/he/it looks most like an alligator standing upright or a human sized wasp with her front legs around the man's neck. Or maybe it's a guy putting an ornament i.e. a "Christmas ball" on a very misshapen tree. Can anyone help me out?

I don't think this is one of Yvan's best, but you can't be magnificent all the time! It does appear to be a man (on the left) dancing with a woman (on the right), but I don't think the woman comes across all that well.
At first I thought it was a blob. Then I realized what it is (see Alicia) and it is really beautiful! Amazing detail!
replyFun to do without using any x’s. Beautiful result. Thanks Yvan.
