And surprising no one at all - least of all GCG and TNG - "I Dream of Jeannie" ran from 1965 to 1970. :D
Here's a fun fact too. I wasn't born quite early enough to watch this pre-reruns. I was actually born in 1975, just a few months before "Saturday Night Live" premiered. Comparing the two shows gives you a really interesting juxtaposition between the mid-60s and the mid-70s, in terms of production design, wardrobe and which way the wind was blowing in comedy.
It's a bit like comparing 1960s George Carlin with 1970s George Carlin - the latter of which was host on SNL's opening night. :)
