It looks like six identical square faces, thus they are cubes.

After you have filled in some of the obvious bits, in rows 6 to 10 from the top on the right hand side, there is a block of six across. You should be able to put an x in on the last column (which makes it easier to fill in some of the block of 13). Hope that helps.
