Umm... how about this: "a picture that displays skills equivalent to a toddler's gets published as a puzzle."

"Added Crosswords - 0". It's always the ones who don't contribute anything who are the most critical. Do better, if you can.

@Cairobat I'm here to play, that's enough contribution. And if I don't have the skills, why would I waste someone's time by uploading an unrewarding puzzle? There are a few "contributors" whose contribution is actually damaging this website, if that's what you're worried about.
@The-Gram Do you like this type of childish images? Be honest.

@Satyrian: Yes, ad hominem. Very sophisticated. Come up with contextual opinions next time.
replyshow: 2 🗨
You realize you were the first who went ad hominem, don't you?
You commented that this picture is mediocre, but phrased it comparing author's skills to those of a toddler. You could express your dicontent in a different way, but that was a direct personal offense, which caused some stupid counter-offense in the end, and now you pretend you're above that.
You know, don't be half-rude, be full-rude :-) YOU started being personal here, not Satyrian, you could at least admin that.

Yeah, for the price of wasting an unsuspecting someone's time? Not fair, I'm so sorry. The image quality is the most important bit of nonograms, and I simply demand the reward for the time I spent. Otherwise I'd go play sudoku.
replyshow: 2 🗨
No: you're confusing contributing with participating. Contributing means you're giving something to others. If you only come to play, you're just playing with yourself. So to speak.

How about never let Aunt Mary near you with a brush?
replyI love the movement of the figure to the right! Not sure what exactly they're doing, but it sure grabbed my attention for longer than the average puzzle because of it. Thanks!
replyOkay, listen, here's the deal: I complete the puzzle. YOU come up with a picture. The onus is on YOU to provide a title and context.
Pathetic excuse for a puzzle.

Fun and excellent use of a small space. How about: 1. Doing a maypole dance around a pole that looks like a person; 2. braiding daughter's hair while dancing to a good tune; 3. jumping up and down in frustration while trying to get snarls out of daughter's hair before she goes to school.

I can only think in terms of meme formats, like the one where the guys looking normal while some demon behind him is dancing and then they caption each person in the photo.

My suggestion:
Our heroine is cursed with magical hair that can't be cut off. Cursed because it's not the nice fluffy magic with no consequences, but the kind of magic that makes you evil if you try to control it - and control it you must, as it can turn anything into water - including your friends and family. After many challenges and tragedies along the way, our heroine's kindness and bravery convinces an old magician to help her summon her deceased grand mother, and she and her ghost friends create a magical field to contain the magic. All it requires is that every morning at sunrise, the heroine lets her grand mother brush her hair.
So my suggested title is: "Some morning routines Ardmore important than others"

Zumba class, the woman in the front isn't yet sure of the dance moves so she's standing there trying to figure out what to do next, while the woman behind has been going for months and knows all the moves. (True story, I'm the one in the front - hopefully in a few months I'll be the one at the back who knows what she's doing!)

Just the look on her mother's face said it all. She'd seen that disapproving scowl too many times; she didn't need to cower under it again. "Just look at you! You've been away from home for just three months!". Her mother continued "Under weight - you haven't been feeding yourself properly! And look at the state of your hair! It looks like you haven't brushed since you left! Are you SURE you want to continue this degree in Digital Technology?!" "I'm sure dad would approve... if he was HERE to say anything..." "You just leave your father out of this. I blame you for his mental breakdown!" 'I could do with hitting the bottle myself' she thought, eyeing the whisky decanter on the sideboard...

Thanks for the fun image. I grew up one of 4 girls, and this picture brought back all kinds of childhood memories. Given that this is a free site and the artists aren’t getting paid, I’m surprised at some of the critical comments. I used to use a paid site, but switched to this one partly because when I read and post comments I feel part of a larger community of people all over the world who like challenging puzzles. Thanks for having the site!
replyI thought the title was clever - allowing us to use our imagination (I'm seeing a mother doing her daughter's hair)
