How much detail do you honestly expect from such tiny images?
At that size, it's all about poetry, not realism.

People overrate images big time on this site. I have a theory that some people are only doing the small easy ones and then rating them really highly for some reason. If you did these small ones and also the larger harder ones, the ratings for the small ones should be much lower; the larger ones have much greater detail and are much more visually stimulating and rewarding. But it's only a theory.

And other people underrate images, or are inconsistent, and some rate them easier or more difficult than they really are, and are influenced by how much they like the artist's other works, or whether they got enough sleep last night; and the comments are profound, or inane, and sometimes funny, or offensive. Overall, they balance out, except sometimes not. Don't expect too much.
