Uh no, that is definitely not Blue. For starters, she has a nose, and her ears look nothing like that.

In fact if you wanna go with a kid's show character, I imagine this is what a baby Mim-Mim might've looked like, if he wasn't a biped at first.

But I think even Happy Bunny would look at this thing and go, "WTF?"
