With a weird fin that sticks up in the back, that would cause completely unnecessary drag? Obviously the overall shape matches the title, but I'm just not seeing the actual shape match up to the proper way you would construct such a thing.

FA - Look up Racing Motorcycle and see quite a number of bikes with that profile. Since the rider is in front of it maybe it is just for looks, or maybe keeps the the front end down somewhat
