Japanese crossword «Stuurwiel»

Symmetrical puzzles are tedious unless you just guess based on what the other side looks like and that's not fun either.

They can be tedious, but somehow I never seem to make the same deductions on each side, and each side fills in on its own. I enjoyed this puzzle, even while I wondered how I kept missing the symmetry when I could SEE it.

I love doing the symmetrical ones -- to each his own.

Symmetrical is not nearly as tedious as seven 1s and a 2 in a row. Followed by three 2s and nine 1s. And so on. On those I happily cheat rather than spend six hours driving myself mad.
