Ha! Good job! I'd totally forgotten about this! I even did a search on him and don't remember. Maybe my memory has been modified. Did he play an alien? Only problem with that image being - Frank isn't in MIB3.
Also it should be noted that Frank is "Agent F" for like a day, MIB2. He drives J crazy, and 'resigns' as J's partner when they're about to deneuralyze K. Later he becomes Zedd's PA.
So referring to Frank the Pug as "Agent F" would confuse many people.
