Do you have to show off how good you are? It was a little easier than I expected for 3 1/2 stars (i.e., I could actually do it), but for me and I'm sure for most this is a real challenge. Please don't take away from our sense of accomplishment. Congratulations on your skill.

No, you have to play "what if?".
For example in the top row, what if you color the last 4 squares... then looking at the numbers going down you see that would color the last 4 squares in the second row. The last number in the second row is a 2 so now you know the last 2 squares in the top row can't be colored.
