This puzzle is brutal. There's a point shortly after you start where there's only one way forward. It's in the lower right quadrant, and it's based on one square that can only be black no matter which block ends up there. Like I said, brutal.
Love it! Tricky to start, but once you figure out the lower right the rest flows nicely.
