At first - I thought a dog with a split personality. It is however a vey clever picture. Look at it 1 way & the dog is standing like dogs do - allow youself to gaze for longer and the head has turned sideways through 90 degrees - like dogs heads do ( 1 ear pointing down & the other ear pointing up).
