Good

My first attempt at medium size. Hey, not so bad! Just under 12 min.

Although the image is nice, the solving is way too easy because of the black outside

Going to assume it's not supposed to look like a human skull, because it really doesn't.

I thought for a couple of minutes that it was going to have an eyepatch. (And I think it looks human enough for a puzzle. Nice job.)
